The publication of an annual magazine “Nishant” was started in year 1985 by Kesarwani Vaishya Sabha, Lucknow (U.P.). Later, this became half-yearly magazine. Its editor team consists Shri Gopinath Gupt, Shri Rameshwar Prasad Gupt, Shri Mansoori Lal Gupt, Shri Krishna Chandra Kesarwani & Shri Kailash Nath Kesarwani. The publication re-started after a long duration.

Apart from regular sections viz. Editorial - Apani Baat, Swajatiya Samachar, Shok-Samachar, Navodit Pratibhayen (Rising Talents), Matrimonial, many other poetry, articles related to Kesarwani Samaj are also part of its regular issues.

Its 54th & 55th combined issue published in 2007-08.
