Some
people tried to misuse the property & fund of Kesarwani Vaishy Sabha. Due
to these & some other reasons, the disputes in Kesarwani Vaishy Sabha &
Kesarwani Pathshala committee grown to its peak by 1941. In spite of many
efforts, the compromise couldn't materialised & Late Gopaldas Ji,
Katra-Allahabad founded the Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha in Katra with the local
Kesarwanies. But due to his death it cannot proceed further.
Later on 04/04/1948, the Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha got re-organised by Shri
Bachchu Lal Kesarwani. On 06/11/1948 about 300 Kesarwanies gathered at
Panchmukhi Nath Mahadev, Baluaghat-Allahabad & proposal to establish
Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha was presented in the presidentship of Shri Jagnnath
Prasad alias Babai. Next day on 07/11/1948, in the presidentship of Shri Ramlal
Ji Gupt, Baluaghat-Allahabad & Mantri Shri Radheyshyam Ji Kesarwani, and a
provisional Committee was formed at the same place. Main objective of this
committee was to establish branches of Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha in every muhalla
of Allahabad. Although many Kesarwanies tried to get dissolve this committee,
but the committee members succeeded to get established the branches in each
muhalla. On 19/02/1950, the members for Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha were elected by
already elected members in Muhalla comities.
The first president of Kesarwani Vaishy Sudhar Sabha was Late Veni Madhav Ji
S/o Late Ramnarayan Lal Gupt.
Its meeting were organized on 08/03/1950, 05/06/1950, 23/07/1950, 24/09/1950,
26/11/1950, 17/12/1950, 12/01/1951, 24/06/1951, 13/11/1951 & 23/03/1952.
Many Rules regarding Engagement, Marriage
& divorce etc. were approved & implemented in the meeting of Nagar
Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha was held on 24/06/1951 at Kesarwani Vaishy Pathashala in
the presidentship of Shri Beni Madhav Ji Kesarwani.
Later from 1956 to 1959 & 1961 Kesarwani Sudhar Sabha organized
All India Kesarwani Sammelan in Katra & Mutthiganj-Allahabad, Respectively.
