Following are the detail of the Adhiveshan of Akhil Bharatiya Kesarwani Mahasabha:

First Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 27-29 December 1918

  • Venue: Prayag (Allahabad) U.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Late Shri Ramdas Ji Gupt "Raiesh", Lucknow

 First combined effort to unite two main thok of Kesarwani - Purabiya & Paschimia

Second Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 21-22 May 1923

  • Venue: Gaya, Bihar

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Kanahaiyalal "Shivratn", (B.A., LLB), Advocate-Sagar.

No important proposal was raised in this meeting. Around 500 representatives were participated in this adhiveshan and 21 member working committee formed in this. A brief provisional code of conduct also prepared in this.

Third Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 27-29 December 1935

  • Venue: Jabalpur, M.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Dr. Dukhan Ram Ji (B.Sc. MBBS), Patna

  • Mahamantri                  : Shri Motilal Ji Vaishy

Many proposals passed in this meeting. As per proposal no. 5, it was decided to arrange for Kesarwani's census on all India level, based on marital status, educational qualification etc. In this meeting, proposal to integrate Purabia & Paschimia Thok was also decided, but couldn't implement.

Fourth Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 27-29 December 1938

  • Venue: Prayag (Allahabad) U.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Late Babu Surajdeen "Raiesh", Sagar

The main objective of this meeting was implementing the proposals to unite Purabia & Paschimia Thok. Proposal was approved by masses & around 3000 Kesarwanies from both the groups had taken lunch / dinner together. The marriage of Prof. Sanktha Prasad (Varanasi-Paschimiya Thok) with Ms. Sushila Devi, daughter of Shri Pyarelal Ji (Bilaspur - Purvee Thok) declared valid. Other marriage proposal between both the groups also (viz. Wedding of daughter of shirk Baijnath Prasad, Garwha with Shri Dwraka Prasad Gupt, Allahabad) announces in this meeting.

The huge Pandal was named as "Kesar Nagar" & 104 members with Rs. 10/- membership were made for welcome Committee.

First Mahila Sammelan was also organised here.  

A rule making committee (Vidhan Nirmatree Samiti) formed to finalise the code of conduct for Akhil Bharatiya Kesarwani Vaishy Mahasabha.

Fifth Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 17-19 November 1956

  • Venue: Goghar Park, Rewa, M.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Late Shri Brahmdev Narayan Advocate, Patna

Proposed to re-unite all the subcast in Kesarwani Sammaj. An education fund was founded. Art & technical exhibition also was arranged. Membership fee was Rs. 2.25/-. Food was served thro' coupon system.

Sixth Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 07-09 April 1961

  • Venue: Seth Dukhilal Ki Mandi, Prayag, U.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Sanktha Prasad Ji, Varanasi

  • Mahamantri                : Shri Ramgopal Ji Gupt

First type "Milap-Jhandarohan" held. Food was served free of cast. Sobha-Yatra was arranged nicely.

Seventh Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 06-08 November 1976

  • Venue: Seth Dukhilal Ki Mandi, Prayag, U.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Ramgopal Gupt, Advocate, Satna

  • Adyaksh                    : Late Dukkhilal Mahajan

  • Swagtadyaksh           : Mr. Premchandra Gupt (Zero road, Allahabad)

  • Swagat Mantri            : Mr. Mohan Lal Gupt.

More than 10 thousands Kesarwanies, including around 5000 women from all over India participated in this. Membership fee was Rs. 3/-, food was served free. Around one mile long "Sobha-Yatra" was appreciated by all. Many Cultural Program, Vishal Akhil Bharatiya Grih Kala Pradarshani etc. was organised.

Modified code of conducted (Rev-2) was imposed on 06/11/1976. Only minor changes were done in the existing code of conduct.

Eighth Adhiveshan:

  • Date: 28-29 October 1985

  • Venue: Amaravati, Maharasthra

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Kedarnath Gupt, Allahabad.

Around 1500 Kesarwanies from all over India participated in this Adhiveshan. "Sobha-Yatra" was arranged afternoon.

 

Pratinidhi Sammelan

First Pratinidhi Sammelan:

  • Date: 05-06 April 1986

  • Venue: Lucknow, U.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Ramvriksh Ram, Patna, Bihar

Around 1100 members participated.

Second Pratinidhi Sammelan:

  • Date: 15-16 April 1992

  • Venue: Chitrakoot Dham, U.P.

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Ramchandra Vaishy, Allahabad

Around 500 members participated.

Third Pratinidhi Sammelan:

  • Date: 18-19 January 1997

  • Venue: Patns, Bihar

  • In the Presidentship of: Shri Shankarlal Kesarwani, Jabalpur, M.P.

Members from all over India were present in this Mahadhiveshan. Members were honored with "momento" (Smriti Chinh) on 19/01/1997.
